Bank transfers are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours. 7.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical failures or connection interruptions are void and stakes are returned.

7.2 Odds and Market Errors

7.3 In-Play Betting

7.4 Match Abandonment and Event Cancellation

• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Account belonging to a person under the age of 21.
• Account belonging to a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent self-exclusion.
• At pk777's reasonable discretion for any business, regulatory, or legal reason not otherwise specified above.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct (e.g., withdrawal from a market), all verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
